1 - Contest runs through Sunday, May 31, 2009. Each player must make EXACTLY 500 plays. If they do not make 500 plays, they lose automatically. If both players make 500 plays before May 31, 2009, the contest is over.

2 - Available sports are NFL, CFB, NBA, CBB, NHL and MLB.

3 - All wagers will be for one unit, and are to WIN one unit with favorites and RISKING one unit with underdogs.

4 - Available wagers are ATS, Totals, and Money Lines (Dogs no more than +400, Favorites no more than -250). Only full game wagers are allowed, no halves or periods.

5 - Available Books are Pinnacle, 5 Dimes and BetJamaica only. Line and book should be posted with each selection, and tiimestamp will be used to verify lines at SBRLines.

6 - Players can post plays as often as they wish throught the day up until the SCHEDULED start times of the games. Players may NOT post after scheduled start times, even if the books leave the lines up because games have not actually started. Any past-posted play will be NO ACTION.

7 - Once plays are posted, they can NOT be removed.

8 - If you write a bad line for a game, the game will be graded based on the actual line at the book that you post at the time that you post for the TEAM that you post. If you accidenatally write the wrong team, you are stuck with that team.

9 - You may NOT edit a post that contains plays in it. If you edit a post, ALL PLAYS in the post will be graded as a LOSS.

10 - The winner will be the player with the most units.

Well this contest should prove that wrong, as if all my results in all sports here in forum last year didn't prove that already. I have yet to finish any full season in the red here.

ok, but i dont like those -1.5 +280's and all.. i dont want to go searching for each line.. make it simple.. reg NHL ml's, totals, and all ml's of other sports..

this is very silly that i can't bet same game as you.. i am not alwys looking at your lines.. i am doing my research and if 1 game a day is like yours, it's not fair.. who cares..

do all our picks have to be in at same time, or can i put in 1 at 7pm, 1 at 9 pm and 1 at 1030 pm.. how will we follow this.. and who will grade this to make sure you put right line and put up the totals each day.. and what if someone posts a game at 706 pm, does it count win or lose.. i say no.. and what if someone writes wrong line, like lakers -200 instead of +200, but we know what he meant, should NOT count.

we have soooooo much to clear up before we start, and i am ready now.. lets send 2k to sbr john or billy dozer. i trust them both. .they will hold it.. no matchy if you want.. lets start now.. i want to get this baby started..

Just my 2 cents - you should be allowed to make the same play. Unless you post at the exact same time, one of you will probably get a better number/price, and this will add up over 500 plays.

Someone who has access to a reliable line service will be able to confirm that the posted price was available around the time of the post.

You guys could use the spreadsheet or grab a new spreadsheet for your matchup. It records input times.

Puck Lines and Run Lines are on SBRLines too, so no bother at all to look up. I shoud have added that all NHL MLs include OT.

I actually agree about same plays, I just put that in to avoid play matching at the end. Can you think of a way around that?

You can post plays as frequently and at any time you wish before gametime. I will do the grading in the thread first and then you can check for accuracy. If I see an off line, I will probably speak up way before a game ends.

I have no problem sending 2K to a reliable mod. I would like a deadline of when you expect to send the money though. I'll even be nice and say whoever we agree on must receive by the end of this month (11/30), which should give you plenty of time. IF however the person does not receive by 11/30, then the contest is cancelled.

and is it exactly 500 picks, or minimum 500 pciks? also, if it is 500 picks and i finish my 500 and you are leading, you CANNOT play both sides of a game.. this is forbidden. .many many more rules to cover. i want this all in black and white.

and NO puck lines.. sorry.. this is a real contest..

You guys should just have your own 'Daily Lines' thread and only make selections from that, that way it's a controlled setting. Just scrape all the lines and copy and paste them from the books into the thread, and take turns doing it.

What gurantee would I have that he actually sent the money, or even that I would get paid?

Neve trust anyone online. Since the mods won't handle it, MB seems most reliable method.
