In the past i have had great support from Canbet.
Today I am getting no reply from their live chat and no reply from emails. Anyone have any idea whats going on? |

Thay have the slowest chat I have ever seen. It takes 5..10..15 minutes and then comes Benjamin and gives me bad or no info. The CS is... worse than the book.

Canbet support is one of the worst.
Today I tried to contact them, but although every time I opened the chat, a new operator "welcomed me", none of them wrote any further....nothing...I waited 10-15 minutes every time after trying a "new operator", but no answer....I gave up after 5 tries, which took about one hour. This is pathetic....I've no idea if they are joking with the users, or only one person receives all chat messages under different names, and for this reason, he/she has to make wait all connections wait for more than 15 mins....or the Canbet CS employees are having a beer-party instead of working.....anyways, this support is one of the worst I've seen....especially from a this high ranked betting office....even no chat is better than this "auto-welcome message is our only answer-type sh*t". (And no, I don't want to make a call to Australia from Europe, if it's possible to avoid this...) A bad support can make many users to leave a betting office...so I don't understand why they couldn't afford to have a professional one Last edited by fixxer; 07-24-2008 at 08:17 AM.. |

Interesting stories, but I've NEVER had to wait to speak to a customer service rep.

I'm not a huge fan of canbets CS or canbet.com as a book which is why I only made one deposit of 25 euro to receive a 100 Euro bonus. I won 350 Euro and cashed out with no problem. There Live chat is Ok.. I guess but I have NEVER received a reply from an email. I will not be making another deposit. I have a few pending bets there with my bonus funds. I will use the odd free bet they may send me in the post.

Yeah I have always found their CS above average. In this industry, being called "above average" is not exactly glowing praise. But I was speaking on the phone with them yesterday and it was completely adequate.
And that has been my long-term impression. I have also had decent results e-mailing them. I don't remember ever trying their Live Chat.

It's interesting to hear how different some users experiences have been with Canbet.
I'll repeat myself because I like Canbet very much, if I had to choose between Pinnacle and Canbet I'd choose the latter. Canbet customer service has been nothing less than stellar in my experience, got a problem? Call them up and tell them, they'll do what they can to fix it quickly and keep you a happy customer. I really love the Australian books. Aussies are cool too! |
