Canbet support deserves an "F"
Canbet support is one of the worst.
Today I tried to contact them, but although every time I opened the chat, a new operator "welcomed me", none of them wrote any further....nothing...I waited 10-15 minutes every time after trying a "new operator", but no answer....I gave up after 5 tries, which took about one hour.
This is pathetic....I've no idea if they are joking with the users, or only one person receives all chat messages under different names, and for this reason, he/she has to make wait all connections wait for more than 15 mins....or the Canbet CS employees are having a beer-party instead of working.....anyways, this support is one of the worst I've seen....especially from a this high ranked betting office....even no chat is better than this "auto-welcome message is our only answer-type sh*t". (And no, I don't want to make a call to Australia from Europe, if it's possible to avoid this...)
A bad support can make many users to leave a betting office...so I don't understand why they couldn't afford to have a professional one
