I didn't watch the whole video but these cats are not even close to Dominican or Puerto Rican.. The Caribbean holds a wide variety of people, just like the America's.

These cats are from the English speaking islands, that must be where the "civilized" part of them comes from.

I live in the D.R. and have no problem criticizing Dominicans, but when it is deserved. Who the hat fit, let them where it.
