I'm afraid not. The Pro program requires a freshly created account through the application page.

does my current pro membership expire? if so when? and if so, to renew, do i need a new book or not since im already a pro? thanks

Pro status is good for one year from the date you become Pro. You'd be able to renew through the original book.
