    Default Hollywood Sportsbook: problems continue

Hollywood Sportsbook (SBR rating C) players continue to complain about problems redeeming funds and accessing account history.
Player: "I asked for a payout thurs. and checked in on Sat. I was told it will be there Sat. then sunday, monday, tuesday,,,,Not sure if I am getting it and I am always asked give it another 24 to 48 hours."

SBR has verified that multiple 5 figure withdrawals have been received by Hollywood players. Clients can feel confident that their funds will reach them, although Neteller payouts have taken as long as two weeks. Hollywood customer service tells SBR that they continue to work with new hosting services management on administrative issues responsible for excessive delays.

I think things will improve at Hollywood. They have stated that they will make the effort to return Hollywood back. I hope so.

No forum player will ever play there, what for ? Hollywood no longer exists. No body that reads this site would play at that Borg book.

Holly could use some advice from one of my Dad's favorite sayings: "The first thing you need to do to get out of a hole is to stop digging."

This whole HOLLYWOOD saga strange..Are they credit or post up??..Were they both??..Did they sell POST UP and keep credit??..Is the POST UP the only problem??..I dont get it..Such a strong presence one day, and the next day in free fall..From penthouse to Shithouse..Crazy I tell you..

I requested a 20K Neteller payout right when the switchover happened and there was the big run on the bank. There was some confusion from their end - like I got a couple of e-mails asking if I wanted to get a cheque by Fedex rather than Neteller - but I worked with them and received the funds in my Neteller in about 4 days.

Not surprising I wasn't paid. I have to call them on the third day to hear that I needed to send them a small Neteller deposit first. Was told would now get paid today, but honestly, they are using the same shitty customer service that sporting/efs uses and the communication gap can be pretty big.

Why hasn't a warning been made.
They are slow paying more than 2 weeks.
that should warrant in the very least a warning to players not to deposit or play there.

I made a post about my neteller withdrawal not going throung right after the take over. About 10 days after my first request a check showed up in the mail. I havent heard from the bank so I assume it went through just fine.

Ill never go back to those guys with there crappy methods of taking bets over the phone.

OMG there have been non-stop warnings. At one point here, someone made a thread about how 7 of the first 10 threads were all about the Hollywood situation (which I guess made 8 out of 11 threads about it.)

There were times I was thinking, Can we talk about something other than Hollywood warnings for 3 minutes???

And this thread shows that the vigilance is continuing.

I think he was expecting a representative from SBR to visit him at his home and update him of the situation.

    A visit, no.

    Perhaps an accurate rating.....yes.

All I can say is a "C" rating is a shining endorsement and inaccurate rating for a book that takes 2 weeks or more to make simple neteller payouts.

If 2 weeks is not considered a slow pay maybe one of the kind moderators here could explain why a book that takes 2 weeks to pay us players is rated a "C"

seems odd to me but that's just my opinion

I must have forgot how bad Sporting/EFS customer service was, because the clerks I have talked to barely speak English. I sent the small Neteller as was requested and it was declined. New clerk this afternoon has no clue. I really thought if I waited a week would have their shit together, but not really. I am don't need my own/SBR help on this as I am willing to wait it out. But all those players out there who don't know that they eventually will be paid, have to be freaking out. I know I will be paid and I am still pissed off.

gotsteam is right about this. There have not really been genuine warnings and the 'C' rating is incorrect when so many people are experiencing extended slowpay situations as a result. The worst I've seen from SBR is, "it's unfortunate how the changeover has been handled. Seems like there's some confusion..." In reality, Hollywood's rating should be dropping daily so that nobody is of the opinion that the situation is improving now that the crossover has taken place.

Mudcat, just because there were a lot of threads does not mean that SBR has appropriately admonished and exposed this debacle. In the past, SBR has been very critical of other "watchdog" groups for handling similar situations in similar manners.
