Default are the cubs packing in this year?

there sure showing signs of it aren't they.

this team has no hitting, and there pitching is even faltering nowadays eve with them getting Kerry wood back.

Derick lee is out for another month or so, and nobody has picked up the slack nor have they made a deal to acquire a slugger.

does anyone here think they can make a run this year to even get a shot at the wild card ?

They are dead last in runs scored. Even with Derek Lee this team can't score. The last few times they have had offense the pen has blown it for them. The Cubs are going nowhere fast.

This question about the Cubs seems to always come up prior to the All-Star break. Packing it in seems to be the only thing they know how to do.

All of the Cubs fans up here want Dusty to leave. I guess the Cubs don't wanna keep their fans happy.

Dusty is just not a good manager. He strongarms front offices into thinking he is. The Series against the Los Angeles Anaheim Pasadena Glendale Long Beach Riverside Ventura Angels of Agoura Hlls exposed his fraudulent existence while at the same time elevating Mike Scioscia to "genius" status.

The Cubs were swept by the Marlins today. This team has no heart at all.

Well I think they packed it in as soon as they heard D.Lee was going to be out 2 months. No one to ride, so why try?

Yes, they are tanking it to get the all important #1 pick in the MLBdraft next year. Because, afterall, once you get the #1 pick, that person is guaranteed to be successful in the majors.
