Default JJ's Declaration Starts a Sweeping New Mass Movement!

Ok, maybe not yet "sweeping," but getting a good start.

In another thread, posted I think on election night, leading SBRforumite JJ delared now that Obama has been elected president by a largely white electorate (more whites voted Obama than voted Kerry 4 years ago) it was time:

(a) for black coaches in various sports can the chronic complaints of racism being the reason they didn't get this job or that;

(b) and that as a result of the historic election all complaints about "racism" holding back blacks be submarined, deep sixed as soon as possible, if not sooner.

I repeated JJ's points to two people; a Jerseyite female relative in her 60s, who reacted like it was a revelation from On High. "Yes, exactly." This was the summation of her words of approval. "And," she added, "you can't go into Newark or Asbury Park after dark and live to tell about it.Don't know if that will change, tho."

She said she was going to mention this good news to others; ie, the end of the moral underpinnings for the decades-long charge of "racism" being responsible for all evils in America.

Earlier today I told a while guy who sometimes does work on my truck (minor work, heavy stuff I take to a close friend in Mexico) the same JJ revelation. That we by now should have heard enough about Affirmative Action and the like.

"Man, that's true!" he said. "I'm gonna tell my brother that, he'll appreciate it. There's a lot of truth to it." He also said he voted for Obama, convinced to do so by his wife.

Not yet the "masses," but I think the Coach struck an American nerve here. Worst thing the new President can do it to create a new welfare program.

Meanwhile, Chris the Hardballer wants JJ on his program
