I totally agree JJ. In fact, I went to post on this when I saw this thread. For decades the complaint from blacks was the white man held them down. They could get nowhere. Well that ended tonight. A black man was voted in to the most powerful position in the world and could not have gotten there had it not been for whites. In fact, Obama got more white votes than Kerry did. No more complaints should be allowed.

You're delusional, JJ. We're never going to live in a colorblind society. Obama never ran as a black candidate but a candidate who happened to be black. White folks didn't vote for Obama out of guilt but because he was the best candidate for the job. Racism is still alive and well in America.
