JJ i feel i am in OK condition if i think i have somewhat of a future i will get in training again.

I have been working on my bad ankle and i quit smoking and ive been running for a few months now .

I dont need to run all over the field like crazy i just need to know when is a good time to sprint and save my energy there are gonna be a few scouts tonight so i am pretty sure this is my last shot
