I'm on the Celts +3. Not super confident, so just a small play. Don't forget people two things: Celts just got schooled on the road (how often does that happen TWICE in a ROW?), AND Celts don't like these Rockets from a nasty exhibition game this preseason. Put it together and C's are my bet, despite the new-look Rockets.
