Default OT: How often do you remember your dreams.

I was talking to a friend about dreams and he says he remember two to three a week. I am more like two or three a year.

How often do you remember your dreams? Any strange experiences with dreams?

    Allthe time.

I have ridiculous vivid dreams sometimes about the most stupid or crazy things.

It's almost nice sometimes though because I can't sleep worth shit. Even when I take a cap of G before bed, it may only knock me out for 3 hours max.

It's more than dreaming sometimes. Sometimes, I'll go back to whenIwas 9 or something and be thinking(dreaming) about what I was doing.

For instance the other night, I had one of those "flashbacks" when dreaming when i used to pitch in baseball, I broke my best friend at the times nose.

My dreams are just really vivid and easy to remember.

I bet that TGO dreams that he's 25 years old and he's managed to hit 823 homers in his 5-year baseball career. Additionally his head will weigh as much as a small child.

Nah, but i was a hell of a pitcher though.

had a couple no hitters in Little league and one blown because some fat kid couldn't catch a pretty easy fly ball. he was too fat to justify keeping alive.

But, if I played back in the 1930's and had my current talent, I'd say in 5 years, I should at least be at 250, maybe 350 if i was on a trenbolone acetate, dianbol, and growth hormone cycle. You can bet I'd be juiced to the gills if I was pro player. You'd be dumb not to be.

But see, nobody understood or new about them then, so it wouldn't be a big deal. It's just once this weak country figures out they work, thats when they want to make them illeagal and act like they kill people.

Almost every time I wake up, I'll remember the last dream I had. I love dreams and am fascinated by them.

My most recent dream this morning involved two members of the old Barney Miller show, Steve Landesberg and Ron Glass (Deitrich and Harris on the show) approaching me and a group of friends in the mall trying to sell us something (I don't remember what).

I made a comment along the lines of, "Hey, where's Chano and Yemana and Abe Vigoda?" but no one knew what I was talking about.

Then Lisa Simpson joined them in their sales pitch.

Then it started getting kind of weird.

I have periods when I remember something every night. And periods when I remember nothing.
The best dream was after some practising inspired by Carlos Castaneda. He wrote that if U watch your hands in the dream you can affect your dream, do what you want without waking up (which happens usually when the dreaming person finds he/she is dreaming).
Once I saw my hands and it really worked!
After waking up I felt like after nice lsd trip.

    Cool!
If you have a pen and paper close to your bed, you can write down what u dreamt, after a few minutes after awaking u'll forget everything.

Dreams are great, full of signs.
There are people that buy lottery based on numbers they saw in dreams, but I wouldn't do that. Dreams are not lottery advisors...

No. Some people get a little too carried away about the significance of dreams.

As Freud said, "Sometimes a banana is just a banana."

And there is nothing psychic going on. People who are looking for the winning lottery numbers in dreams would have to be a bit loopy.

But, if you understand some basic psychology, dreams can provide some sharp and useful insights.

Have you heard things like you can't read when your dreaming, you only see signs they say. I can remember reading a newspaper on a dream, but to be honest, i don't remember the letters, just the thoughts I had.
Like the guy from The Wonder Years, always thinking out loud.

Dreaming about past lifes or at least about having a different lifestyle is interesting.
