Default When Obama Wins Tomorrow Everything Is Going To Be Great

LOL

Well that is what everyone thinks and their lives are going to be better.

LMAO

We will be no different than any other Pres, it is all about timing, Slick Willy came in at the right time, he had no clue that the economy would boom when he took office it just happened.

Obama inherits major problems that will take approx 10-15 years to fix.

Obama supporters you are going to be very disappointed.

CLINTON CAUSED THE BOOM
Clinton did away with the Glass Stegall act, effectively paving the way for rampant greed and corruption in the banking sector.

It was also under his watch that Fanny and Fraudie began to issue mortgages to the disadvantaged. We all know how that turned out......

Just cause the market was up while he was in office doesn't mean he was responsible for the uptick. He definitely had an impact on the mess we're in now. You couldn't give loans to minorities with out throwing "good" credit requirements out the window, that goes for down payments as well. It used to be 20% down on a home or you don't get the loan. He changed all that...

its just going in a new direction, which is sorely needed. ANYTHING other than republican control is what is needed.

Funny how some people feel about change ... they blindly want it, not realizing how much damage can be done by the desired change.

(I know, I know, the tag line here is "well, it couldn't be any worse" ... anybody who says that obviously had led a very sheltered life and has not left this country very often ... I've been to over 70 countries and experienced more cultures than 99% of the world -- certainly more than Barack -- and I'm here to say, we have things DAMNED good here in the USA ... country of whiners? YOU BET!!!)

obama will not produce instant change, but GOD himself could not produce instant change with our downtrodden economy

are you guys implying that mcbush, errrrr, mccain, is the better choice?

It's funny how the bigots and bastards say such things when they know they're going to lose... Like it'l make them feel better. The last bastion of a coward is either confiding in god or pissing on a parade.
It's funny how with some people we fight the civil war every day - and we have the Darwin's evolution monkey trial again and again.

BTW, JBC is right on the money with Clinton's economy - it's why Bush walked into a hornets nest with the economy and after 9/11 it totally died. Of course, Bush's administration didn't really help the situation any - in fact, it got a LOT worse going by similiar principles. As much as people loved Clinton, it was not his administration that brought about a great economy entirely (part of it was the 'make credit easier to get' thing that blew up under Bush) - I dunno if anyone has heard of a thing called the internet? That made global commerce expand exponentially - yet economists rarely look at it's impact - and it was massive, even with the stock blow up. That wasn't Clinton that brought about the internet - that was AL GORE!! Haha - kidding - but if there was no internet commerce explosion - Clinton would never be looked upon so fondly.

It all comes down to ENERGY!!! If energy keeps going lower and stays there, we'll get out of this funk alot sooner. For every penny the gas price goes lower it saves me A Dollar a month.. I spend $200 dollars less a month right now then I did this summer.. Thats a $200 dollar stimulas package each month for me..

When Jesus comes back everything will be great. Otherwise, it will never be great for the majority of people, but I have no problem seeing how this plays out.

and also he severely weakened our forces by lowering defense spending and many of the companies in the private sector are responsible for building defense oriented goods so your point really makes no sense and wreaks of ignorant liberal talking points..

The country ran good under Reagan, fair under Bush 1, Great Under Clinton, Absolute horrible under Bush 2; the only thing this guy did right was go into Afghanistan to take out the Taliban. That war in it self was a no brainer, any sitting President would had responded the same way he did after the 9-11 after math.

Tell me what Clinton really did wrong when he was President, beside getting a blow job by Monica. Waco, the USS cole, Elian Gonzales, those are little hiccups compared to the current administration infringement on constitutional rights, an Iraq war that was declared because of WMD that was never found, the Hurricane Katrina disaster that was completely mishandled that cost a thousand or more lives.

You do realize that the President is the one that proposes the budget to Congress, right? Clinton was not forced to reduce the deficit (that Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations had left behind.)

Bill Clinton is my personal hero to be honest, democrat from the south that did an ABSOLUTELY great job as President. He ****ed up some stupid things like the Lewinsky thing and random "terrorist" attacks that were basically jokes
