Default Covers now ranking sportsbooks. Their top 3 are...

Best Online Sportsbooks
Since 1995 Covers.com has prided itself of providing information to help protect and inform online gamblers. Covers will continue to protect players by providing a list of reputable sportsbooks who reflect our traits. We stand by these companies. This list of online sportsbooks is simple and includes companies that: are real, pay players and protect players.
1 betED.com
2 Logans
3 BetUS.com

I guess they found that Pinnacle and Matchbook suck cause they are not in the top 20. But at #15 Brobury Sports checks in .

Covers is a fraud so are people that run and work there

They sold out and take anyone, someone told me they take any book for the right fee

SBR has already caught covers, are all forums frauds now except SBR?

I respect them plenty. I just don't understand how or why they would do this. Its obvious they sell their rankings but why? Do they think players are that stupid??

In the end it will haunt them just like everyone else that has tried this. Its not just bad business its dumb business imo.

Covers has Pinnacle ranked #1 on the Canadian side of their biz. http://ca.covers.com/index.aspx?t=0

For the most part their rankings are a sham. Unfortunately, with the traffic covers generates, lots of gullible people take the rankings as gospel. Too bad those people don't know about or pay more attention to SBR.

Nobody is saying Bet Ed is bad, but they are certainly not Top 20.

tell me a sportsbook with a live score phone where a rep answers the phone and tells u any score u need ?

tell me a book where you request a payout of 2,200 after the sunday night football game and your money is ready by noon monday ?

tell me a book who tells you while your making your withdrawl that if you withdrawl an EXTRA 300 they will cover the fees

lmk if you want me to keep going !

Covers has officially become a joke.

For one thing, it's the only gambling forum that's not iphone compatible. Get with it Covers, join the 21st century!!!!!

Secondly, their mods are thugs. They strut around that place like they are god or something. Ever question them and they ban you. Unless you're a longtime poster then they let you get away with murder. Recently a long time member was banned (permanently and rightfully so) but was allowed back without a valid reason. All because of when he joined.

If that weren't bad enough, they promote every shady, tout-wannabes in their e-newsletters because they bring more views.

Just sickening what has happened to that place.... the greed of money has taken over.

If you want to stretch it, really stretch it, I could see BetEd. They don't steal and offer quite a few bets, but BetUS steals right and left. Purely about who pays the most as best I can tell.

Logans I don't even know, but looks to be a Jazette book?

I find this to be naive and idealistic.

Nothing has really changed. They had written recommendations of their weak-assed advertisers when I hung around at Covers ~2003-2005. They weren't actually ranked but it wasn't that much different. It didn't hurt them.

The only industry discussion going on there is way off in the fringes. Sportsbook complaints don't gain any traction.

It's not that kind of forum. No forum has a lower collective betting IQ. It is a place for dumb kids and wannabe touts. Almost anyone from Covers who acts on those recommendations, will just lose their money anyway and never have a complaint.

If they do complain, Covers will just wash their hands of it and everyone will go back to lying about their capping records.

They are probably making more than enough revenue from those rankings to cover whatever losses result from the few-and-far-between guys who would see the light and switch over to SBR.

About the only good thing I can say about Covers is they never tried to censor me when I told the truth about their advertisers. Mainly, I think, because, people there aren't thinking about that stuff. It's a square forum. It's for people who want to post picks, not players.

Logans I think is part of the Jazz Family of books

SBR is by far the most respected gambling portal in the world now and do not take bad books or even medicoire books.

This is going to do Covers in like it has all the other forums

broburysports enters the sbr rating guide at d-
BroburySports is a Costa Rica-based sportsbook that uses the Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) hosting and service center. Bettors are advised to steer clear of the Sportsbook.com group which has scammed many players last year for at least $300,000.

Ultimately it's all about personal preference. Beted is a good rec shop that has excellent deposit/wd options, pretty decent limits until you're cut, but for any gaming portal to have them as "#1" is laughable.

Yes, Logans is a Sportsbook.com-serviced site.

In the past they have only used banners and not tried to offer information.

It's one thing to list who pays the bills IMO. It can be useful info to see who has the cash to pay that kind of bill. It's another to give information that you know is not true and players will soon find out for themselves.
