Default Who takes Amex cards?

Work is paying out our incentive bonuses monthly onto a Amex card. Any one know of a decent book that accepts Amex?

Last time checked bookmaker was accepting them. However, another book that I believe does is Creditwagering.

I've never had Bookmaker accept AMEX. But I haven't tried since maybe Feb. 2008.

Those two are the only two credible books out there that I know of that accept AMEX. As far as Bookmaker cold calling goes, I don't really know what to tell you on how to prevent it.
