Do you find yourself betting more overs or unders? I know it's a generic question and has alot of variables, but when I look into totals I look for trends that back unders.

I don't know if you have noticed but I usually wager on
Unders in NBA and CBB. I have done very well
betting Totals in Basketball. Sometimes I like the
Over, but Books put extra points on the total spread

Unders because you are always winning at least for a little while.
Overs can be good in baseball because you have 18 seperate terms to get to your number.
I guess it's a psychological thing.

It's hard for me to bet under ( full game) in MLB, I'd be more likely to go 1st 5 under if I like under. I play more MLB over than under.
I can't bet a whole NBA under, if I like under it's H1 or Q's under, no OT burns !
NFL I can do unders.

I have read that the average mickey mouse gambler bets a higer percentage of the time on the favorite and the over. Therefore I reason that there is value taking the under as books have to compensate for this natural tendency for the public to bet the over. I dont know maybe people are overly optimistic....they see a pitcher like Lima throwing agaisnt the Cardinals and they think no way does this game go under 10.5. Or they see Peyton Manning against the Cleveland Defense and automaticaly believe the colts will put up 49. But for me in general I like the unders way more then the overs.
