Sponsor books are basically paying for phone #s and lists of degenerate players so they can call non stop. I've gotten over 100 calls from Bookmaker since the first capping tourney, I can only imagine whore shit books like Bet Phoenix who are kind of small are loving all of this new information they are getting, and will either sell the info to other books or use it themselves and bother SBR posters.

I wouldnt say SBR directly sells the info to books. But I could also see how info could leak in the process and a phone number here and there could slip to a book.

to play in the capping tourney u have to sign up for 5 whore shit books, you have to give information to books to play there, otherwise they will not pay you if you do get lucky and win such a crapshoot tournament

Opening sportsbook accounts can lead to phone calls, whether you signed up because of a forum tourney or just because you want to play there.

Not exactly a newsflash.

If you want to know which books are most likely to call, and avoid them, make use of the Sportsbook and Industry forum. We have some very knowledgeable experienced players there.

Nicky's methods are good, but this is the best i've seen in how to handle books calling you - (4:05-4:56). They will not call you again.

I've had 4-5 books and the only one thats called me is DSI (several times), and i guess there in the same company as Bookmaker

Whenever books call, I just tell them I'm busy/heard of whatever offen and then hang up...they stop calling soon after. I've learned that if I'm nice they just keep calling.

You guys should sign up with www.grandcentral.com or some other free service like it. It basically forwards your calls to you to multiple numbers. I created an account their just to give me a phone number to use when I sign up with stores or sportsbooks. I just don't have the calls forwarded to me but instead go to a voicemail. It works great. You guys should check it out.

Its in beta, but I have been looking for something like this.
