say i go to a book and wager on a line of -4 today. then tomorrow, at the same book, i see the line is now down to -3.5...

is it OK to wager again on this -3.5 line at the same book? or do they consider this 'steam' betting? what if this line move to -3.5 is late on gameday, is that 'steam' betting considering i already wagered at -4 earlier? or am i better off line shopping elsewhere?


for reference, i play at 5dimes and betjam. and obviously, i am new to this. i just dont want to do anything wrong.
