Im so fuking piss right now. I was all happy thinking that i hit a 3 team parlay and afterwards checking it that it was graded a loss. I sign in @ bjam to check my balance and anxious to see that there wasnt any money added to my account. Check the statement right away and saw that it was NYM was a loss that I picked but the rest of the 3 team parlay was win(bruins,Cubs). I SWEAR TO MY MOTHER'S GRAVE THAT I REMEMBER THAT I PICKED PIT OVER NYM TO WIN GAME BUT IT WASNT THE CASE ON THE STATEMENT. Instead of winning $960 it was apparently a loss of $160 what a fuking douch llife. SINCE i got no fcking proof to get help in this matter I THINK its about time for us bettors to get a proof of the bet that we wager on, we should recieve some sort of notification by e-mail proving we place such bets. ITS A fcking rip off in my part thinking all night that i had won such money. Sportsbook can do some dirty work to anyone's account and they can claim that we place such bets even we dont think we did. Also, i find it really odd that only betjam is the only sportsbook that i had used that asked for password to identify yourself, like really? They can log in to my account and changed whatever bet i had placed, this is ridiculous . I WAS ALL like this all night to this right now. SO PISS right now, i dont know what to do.

i've used SIA, WILLIAM HILL, Legends, B365, PINNY and BDOG. BUT my point to this thread is we shuold get notification on every wager that we placed to prove that we wager such bet. A reciept of some sort, same as SIA if you're a regular user of that book. It just so pissing that you knew in your mind that you picked that team to win but it wasnt the case base on bjam. Im just so helpless to proof such case, i guess i needed to check every wager that i place and print screen it on a daily fuking basis. UNFUCKING REAL

One question. Assuming that BetJ changed your wager, if you had printed your wager do you think BetJ would still have changed your wager? Or is their system so elaborate that they know who prints out their wagers and who doesn't and makes changes to player's wagers accordingly?

I wouldnt be surprised that the way their software is design(pretty amateurish), they can do shady things to your account. If i had printed the bet i would have piece of mind to argue such case but im pretty sure most here dont print their bets when wagering online. As to repeat my self, just wanted to get out this frustration out of me and push for bet notification to your e-mail as a reciept to all SBR sportsbook sponsor. I thinkits a better business method that sure most us would greatly appreciate.

cant screenshots be photoshopped tho? just sayin, that like the OP, I wish there was 100% fool-proof 'proof' that we could have of our bets. i just think that if it was a major discrepancy, couldnt the book say that the screenshot isnt proof b/c it could have been altered?

This is a case where one should realize that betting parlays is a sucker bet. I know they are addicting sometimes to throw some huge favorites together for a juicy +300 payout or so but honestly in the long run you will lose money. It sucks to think you bet a parlay a certain way but to put any blame on betjam is foolish.

Yeah, you should make a screenshot of the big bets you make.

I don't make screenshots since I always bet 1% of my bankroll and there's no reason to manipulate my bets couse if I see 2-3 bets manipulated I leave the book and they can't even get close to take my bankroll.

i've collected 4 team parlay that i misclicked, even watched the game and rooted the wrong way ,went to sleep knowing that i lost, only to find out next morning 1200 in my account and upon checking , finding out i had clicked the other way.
no one changes your bets, just check them after you place them. then you know who to root for and what to collect.

All i want is awareness to us all and i would admit i had misclicked bets that works for my favor before and one that fuk me. Just suggesting that they shouldnotified you by e-mail on your bets because i guarantee youmost here dont print out their bets here especially for daily bettors who wager games in a daily basis. Looks like the player made a mistake entering a bet. Take a screen shot of every bet to proove otherwise. Bet Jamaica does not change player's bets in order to not have to pay a winner. That's my opinion.
