Default Are BET REQUESTS a good idea?

The odd time I would request a bet (usually paddypower), and the odd time they win, so far, I'm up funds on the requests which is great however, I have a concern.

In the event of a dispute, I haven't a leg to stand on because when checking my account history, simply the bet amount is shown and I'm supposed to contact CS for details of the bet. T Although, they've paid out the bets in the past, do you guys think it's something I should continue or should I be cautious placing these? Anyone else make requests etc?

Any help is appreciated guys.

Try to do everything with CS through email, make sure your email settings (time, date) are set correctly. Word everything clearly. If communicating with CS through their chat support, copy all the transcript to a text (.doc,.txt,.rtf) document and save it on your pc. Also screen capture the transcript in a picture format, even if it takes ten different pictures scrolling down.

With all this evidence I'm sure SBR could help you in the eventuality of a dispute.
