Terry suspended for pivotal Game 6
New York, NY (Sports Network) - Dallas starting guard Jason Terry was suspended for Game 6 of the Western Conference semifinal series against San Antonio for punching Spurs forward Michael Finley during the fourth quarter of Game 5.

Terry punched Finley with 3.4 ticks left in Dallas' 98-97 loss to the Spurs on Wednesday, keeping San Antonio alive in the best-of-seven series.

NBA senior vice president of basketball operations Stu Jackson made the announcement late Thursday, holding a key member of the Mavericks' starting five out of a crucial home game Friday night. If San Antonio can win Game 6, the series would head back to the AT&T Center for a deciding Game 7.

Terry has been a key contributor during the semifinal series, averaging 17.9 points, three rebounds and 4.4 assists per game. Terry and fellow guard Devin Harris have given San Antonio fits with their ability to attack the basket off the dribble.

I've only watched bits and pieces of each but really..they want almost every series to go 7 games it seems.
