Does anyone have a slow pay problem with Bet4Aces?

I signed up with them because they seem to have some recent positive postings here, but my experience is doubtful. I wonder if they have cashflow issues?

I requested a $2K payout at 8:30AM on Tuesday and was told I'd have my money on Wednesday. Their processing window is 24-48 hrs for Neteller. But didn't get the payout on Wed, and Thursday (today) I called them and was told I'd get it for sure this evening. I'm not thrilled since it's already beyond 48 hours. But at 6PM Thurs I still didn't have my money, so I contacted them via online chat:

B: yes sir
you: I was told that my payout will be processed today. Is this still the case?
B: sorry sir
B: but it will not be until tomorrow
you: when tomorrow?
B: afternoon
you: why the delay?
B: sorry sir but I was not explained
you: so there's no one there who has an explanation?
B: no sir the people in charge have left
you: ok thanks

I still wonder if I'll get the payout on Friday afternoon. This is really poor service. Tuesday AM requests not being processed until Friday afternoon???

Not a good sign but keep in mind these guys are new and they probably have not figured out that they need to keep their Neteller account stocked. Small places might simply just not have the money and are waiting for new deposits.

Let's us know what happens next. Write to Bill if the story changes again and he can make a call.

Maybe Johnny can answer why it's taking more than 48 hours. Anything later than 6 hours is a crap book.

Reading between the lines of Roberto it sounds like they have had some negative weeks where the players have beat them up. Books HATE to send money to Neteller because the idea is to take money OUT of Neteller to run the business and profits. Having to put money in and fund the operation from the owners savings is not well thought out many times.

Bottomline, this book needs to learn how to manage cash and they need to realize that when they lose its the players money now. No one cares if they are not smart enough to know they need to keep a higher balance in Neteller. But if it is dry too often then they will suffer the same fate as BetOnStars and Richcoast. Because the players will leave.

I did finally got paid Friday afternoon and their CS manager, John, told me it was because they had a wire money to their neteller account and that took some time. Whatever...it's still not cool to keep customers waiting. They do need to improve their cash management.

RCS always had a balance in their Neteller and paid within minutes.

Its a game of musical chairs for a lot of these new books. You played their mag and frankly you got lucky to get a chair because they were TKO'd and had stopped making payouts when CRIS scooped them up.

As one poster said and I will highlight; there are about 300 sportsbooks with higher ratings that are safer to play at. Sure if you need that 301st book then give them a look.

I requested $2500 from Bet4Aces yesterday. Today it was in my Neteller account just as they promissed. This is the second payout I have taken from them. Both were processed within 24 hours. I heard they were changing banks and that should help speed up their payouts. Hopefully others are getting paid just as quickly as I have been. Is there anyone else out there who is being slow paid? I know the last couple of weeks there have been some complaints. My experience with them so far has been very posative.

4Aces blames a low ceiling on the amount they can transfer to their CR bank. The book flexed some financial muscle early on but is known to make rookie mistakes. Hopefully this can be chalked up to inexperience. But, a book has to have extra 'deep pockets' to give players away like this, figure it out, and come back.

I don't think there is any room for a new shop to make mistakes these days.

How many players would trust Mansion today (even while knowing of the tycoon owner) if they had small payout delays in the first year?

I've had a couple of Neteller payouts there without a glitch.

I also haven't had any problems with this book as well and have cashed out multiple times though I'll admit that I just want to get paid in a reasonable amount of time and don't time the books with a stopwatch.

This is due to the fact that I'm not counting on the money to pay bills, rather it is used to do something fun or throw against the mortgage which won't be paid anytime soon.

Now if I don't get paid by a book b/c they shut down, well then that's an entirely different situation and I turn like this

I requested a payout on Monday morning and still haven't received the money and it's over the 48 hour window they advertise. I'm sure I'll get the money eventually but they don't have great service when it comes to payouts. They deserve their D rating.
