    Default Any posters smoke cigars?

I smoke about seven a week; more than I used to since a nice cigar shop opened in town. Any fellow smokers in the house? Favorite brands?

    I really like:

Saint Luis Rey (and the are pretty inexpensive too)
    Olivia
    Cusano
    Onyx Reserve

Gave up cigarettes three years, four months, 16 days, 15 hours and 41 minutes ago, but who's counting? Tried cigars to help me through the initial cravings and just never could get into them.

I smoke them a few times throughout the year, but not a consistant basis.

Im right there with Mudcat on the tabacco issue. Just a cigar about twice a year. And those are swisher sweats.

Think you're mixing me up with someone else.

Although I do know for a fact that you regularly enjoy a f\*g in bed on an evening. In fact the more fags the better, I've heard.

Why are Cuban cigars illegal? Because they come from Cuba or because the government is a bunch of panzies that try to control everything we do and deserve to die?

Because if we can't "export" democracy to them, they sure as hell aren't importing anything here.

(Just in case: the above statement is cynicism.)

Cubans are alright, but highly over rated in my opinion.

I agree. When outside the country I smoke them. Some are good, but all of my favorite cigars have been made outside Cuba.

I am getting to the point where I plan to bring mine own cigars when travelling to countries that sell Cubans even if the prices are reasonable. Canada and UK, forget about it, I always would bring my own, cost with taxes are outrageous.

Arturo Fuente Opus Opus X with late night single malt
Drew Estates Mother Earth Amrosia as a desertif

If the forbidden fruit (Cubans) are available, Partagas #10 or Romeo y Julietta, although i think if Cubans were available all the time, I'd not switch to these as my regular cigar
