I think you're right about the shrinkage, Slick. I believe it would have the opposite effect, though. If you think about it, a 2.4 incher resting on a normal set of nuts looks quite diminutive. But when the nuts shrink to the proper proportion, then everything looks small, but normal.

Yes, Boner you are correct. I mentioned this in an earlier post. JJ enjoys women, so sex could be used to achieve this release instead of gambling. The potential problem is that most of his sexual activities are related to bare back sex with ace hookers and visits to the gory holes. I am uncertain if these abnormal sexual behaviors are conducive to optimal dopamine release.
