    Default Celebrity rehab 2.....

This show recently aired some time ago on Vh1...
The cast of characters include: Gary Busey wow he is on another planet. He has created Busey-isms. He will be in a deep conversation with someone and say...Do you know what TEAM stands for? Together Everyone Achieves More...a wtf just happened is in there eyes...he has plently more just watch the show ....
Steven Adler from Guns N Roses is on and he looks like a feeble minded 3rd grader on prozac...he would have a hard time hitting a snare from my Muppet drum set, I got for Xmas back in the day...
The chick from American idol Nikki Mckibbin is on she has alot of issues manily coke...and probably alot of rooster too...haha
She has gained tons of weight and looks like Winona Judds little fat sister...
Tawny Kitaen is on she is starting to resemble Cat Woman, that plastic faced chick that had all the surgeries....and she has more prescription meds than Uncle Richie...haha
Also Rodney King makes an appearance...yes that Rodney King.Yup the infamous one himself, from the 1991 police beating and the 1992 riots when the police were found Not Guilty..He is a typical drunk whino...where they show him working for a tow truck company drunk on the job...He was trying to attach a chain to a car to have it towed away....he projectile vomited out of the tow truck as it sped away....This is a must watch as your flipping through the Sunday night football game commercials.

BMW, tell me it ain't so? You watching that stuff? The wife got hooked on the previous series and is now heavy into this one. Isn't Jeff Conaway back for a repeat performance? Is he going to be the recurring character of every new season?

Tawny Kitaen is starting to look as ugly as a bucket of buttholes. Chuck Finley probably covers up each time he sees her ugly mug on the screen these days.

I am a recovering addict/alcoholic, and I also do a lot of volunteer work with addicts. It is a subject near and dear to to my heart.

Holy f\*\*k do I hate that show. What I've seen of it anyway.

I get that it's not really about recovery; it's about publicity.

I just hope everyone else gets that too. Rehab is about changing lives and saving families. It's not about playing games.

    f\*\*k I hate that show.

Beamer...Charm School is another great one. As is Real Chance at Love on tonight.

As for Sharon, Robyn said she is so cosmo'd up that she is starting to resemble a lion. Pretty dead-on observation.

    Great show, VERY Real!

You forgot to mention Amber Smith, my god she is beautiful, one of the hottest women i've ever seen, she melts the screen

If there's one thing that I can't stand watching, it's someone throwing up. I could have lived without seeing Rodney King vomiting out of the tow truck window.

You forgot to mention crazy "non-celebrity" Vicky who tried getting a room at "Celebrity Rehab" with Jeff Conaway.

Really? I'm in recovery too and I find it ok. I can see that once the cameras have been there awhile they don't really give 2 shits. They are sick, just like us. If that is the only way they can get help so be it. They haven't walked into my clubhouse(AA,NA) so I'm glad they are getting help. I have had two friends go to the Pasadena Recovery Center( Next door to the show) and they are both clean still. Dr Drew knows what the high profile addicts go thru. They go thru what us vodka drinking, coke snorting regualrs go thru, without the cameras/paparazzi. Sick is sick and they need help with a fatal disease.
My first stint in rehab didn't do the trick. I thought I knew it all. Man did my bottom have one hell of a trap door. Rehab places like this show have there place, but the participants must want to get help.

Conway: Sick person with a sicker girlfriend and will not get clean until he gets rid of the people, places and things around him.
Adler: Typical herion junkie. Needs to find that to relieve the burden on himself that his using caused him to have a stroke and lessen his ability to play drums and earn a living.
Kitaen: Your pill head that thinks drinking isn't as bad as the pills.
McKibbin: If your moms last line was with you, you'd have some problems to since mom died after that night. Needs to forgive herself to get better. Til then the anger will reappear and create a window of relapse.
King: A drunk that I see at every meeting that I go to. If he wants to be someone, he can. He needs to let go and let god.
Busey: The mind has left this one and he may have more mental problems than we know. The drugs he is still taking in the opening show tell me that upstairs is a bit foggy and years of drug abuse has limited his ability to be what society deems "normal".

    Just my opinion.

    Teels.....hahaha
When in your life did you Ever think you would write....
anything about Rodney King unless we were in 91-93...?
Yes when Dr. Drew broke the news to that crazy Russian...that she would have to be in the house next door....all the sudden she was all better! This season could get Vh1 2009 celebrity awards..

This is one of the best shows on tv. Gary Bussey is just wonderful. I am loving how he thinks he is one of the workers and not one of the patients.

when the rest of Guns N Roses had to get to work on the use your illusion albums in 1990, he was the only one who couldn't/wouldn't get clean. So they fired his ass and he has gone way down hill ever since, but man that was 18 years ago. Problem is he gets royalties from one of the great albums of all time, Appetite for Destruction, so he has a sourcce of money all the time for drugs from that. Its amazing he isn't dead.

I think Adler's problem is that he thinks Jeff is a role model.

I was seriously expecting this to be a comedy, watching the wacky celebrities with all kinds of weird problems. This is extremely intense...except when Busey is on screen.

I do wish them all happiness in the end....
But Jeff Conway he is a special guy, he will bring you up to the top of saying YES he will get better, then minutes later he whinces in pain and brings you right back to the bottom of sorrow for him. But through it all he is whitty, caring, and has heart of gold! The season 2 song is kick ass.

I had heard before, many times, that this is one of the best shows on television. So I tuned in last night. I found it to be pretty damn morbid (but necessary). I don't really feel as if they are being exploited for entertainment value, but I truly did expect this show to be equal to Rock of Love or I Love Money in entertainment value. I found quite the opposite. Raw, human emotion by very broken down human beings. I am hooked, but on a completely different VH1 level than in the past.
