Default Any info on the Las Palmas downgrade?

I have played there for about a month based on my client number and wager ticket numbers I think it may have to do with them not having that many clients or wagers, or have there been any actual problems reported?

They seem to be careful with low limits and moving lines more than most on action.

I am also curious to hear about it...

I have always enjoyed my time there. Good lines, quick payouts.

Today I have had 2 of my email accounts get unsolicited emails from them offering large bonuses. Maybe something is up. I had never heard of them before today.

I've dealt with Las Palmas for a few years. I have always considered them one of my favorite little quaint, off-the-beaten-track shops.

Limits are low ($500 base), and they close overnight, and wow do they move the lines on action - but they have some good opinionated numbers in a few different situations if you know where to look.

Good customer service - Ron, in particular, has always stood out. Good guy. Never a problem with a payout and I've had quite a few.

They have traditionally been one of the most interesting books for Moneylines on football and hoops. What they have had so far this season for football has been disappointing. They've gone square - at least in the early going.

As for them being downgraded, I don't know what the reason is. I'll be as curious as anyone.

    Mudcat is right on here.

I have also been disapointed this year with their NCAA moneylines.

I am sure they do not have a big customer base so they are very conservative. I think winning and getting paid there though is no problem.

Players who are enjoying Las Palmas should not be concerned. We have received a few complaints about Neteller requests being canceled and/or Neteller payments not executed in the stated 24 hours. Those players also complained that CS did not alert them to why their Neteller request was cancelled or why there was a delay.

Although two days is not an excessively long time to wait for a Neteller payment, a 'B' rated sportsbook should be able to keep their Neteller adequately funded, especially during the start of the NFL season.

Feedback from the majority of Las Palmas players is positive.

I agree. If you cant make payouts to everyone every day you should say that "withdrawals will be made within 48 hours." BUT, if they had to say that other books would make them look shitshitshitshitshitshity

I like this book and I love their horse book. I remember when we first started the email tests we would get theirs back undeliverable, we had complaints and I see why. I still have an acount there and would not recommend changing if you play there. They need to improve but this is a solid book.

E-Horse is very solid and has their own unique horse software which is very close to USA online racebooks
