Default Hollywood MUST be downgarded to unsfae

    1. Their email addresses do not work

    2. They have lost my transaction history for even the last two weeks.

    3. My current balance is wrong but nobody can check for reason 2 above

    4. The other numerous complaints on here about them delaying any payments, etc etc etc

That they are listed B right now is simply bizarre. I dont think it can be good for SBR's rep when their banner is still up ... surely no one in their right mind would recommend opening an account with them today??

Agreed. If the previous owners were so reliable that they 'earned' a temporary downgrade to B, then what about their total lack of interest as to what type of people would take over the accounts? This mess goes straight to the old ownership. Hollywood F.

    Thanks guys.

Whats the difference between, say, betonstars and hollywoods right now?

Hollywood accept requests for neteller payouts then say nothing then say that a cheque will be sent out in ten days. Are betonstars worse?

    Natrass,

Email me your issue so I can look at this with CS.

The book has certainly dropped the ball, losing clients it had a shot at keeping. For some players, it's been like finding out your money is at a different book but not being able to leave it. They are rightfully upset.

However, despite Sportingbet's nails-on-chalkboard version of a migration, players will get their money. Hollywood's CS is working hard handling issues they have never seen and below the surface of the admin crap, the money is still good. A rating too low would suggest otherwise. These slow-pays are not a precursor to no-pays. I 100% agree none of this is, or should be, the player's problem.

BetOnStars is gone with player funds. Hollywood is probably going to be inconveniencing players for another week before they have everything straight. Again, when the dust settles, I'm looking for a BetUSA type of book; a World Gaming serviced shop with ethical decision makers.

Until then, we are going to try to help get things squared away.

Why did Stars make partial payments at all ? Why not just run with everything ?

I have to agree here also...this has been far from a seamless transfer of ownership...I would bet Hollywood's lost at least half of their customer base due to all of the confusion...too bad for them, but a downgrade (at least temporarily) is in order...

    And WTF is "unsfae"?

Please try not to post when it's obvious you're in a "liaison" with your cat. Your mind is quite obviously elsewhere.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Hollywood (SBR rating C+) clients suffer during transition to World Gaming system. Players have complained of missing transaction history and pending wagers, misgraded bets, slow-payment and withdrawals processed by check in the place of Neteller requests. Players requesting a Neteller withdrawal are being asked to deposit $20 in order to link Neteller accounts to the client ID in the new World Gaming system. SBR recommends avoiding this sportsbook during the transition period. Clients with a complaint or feedback may contact Assistance@SportsbookReview.com.

Like a piece of grit in an otherwise finely tuned engine, taco makes a post of (at best) tangental relevance.

However, that said, I was a bit cross when having fired off my frustration on this book I then plumped up the cushions and sat back to review my handywork and saw the headline had two blips in them.

That said, I dont think youd need an enigma machine to crack this puzzle surely taco?

(And stop mentioning the cat incident)

What a shame that a respected sportsbook is bought out by a shit book. Avoid the "new" Hollywood like the plaque.

So by brushing my teeth three times a day, I can avoid sub-standard sportsbooks?
