I requested a payout from Hollywood on Wednesday.

I have been contacting them frequently and, have been told that I should receive it within the next 24 hours several times. Let me think of the excuses: I've been told that they were upgrading, I've been told that there were technical difficulties with payouts from the 10th, I've been told I would receive it in 24 hours, I've been told Monday many times, and now I'm being told Tuesday, lol.

I called today and spoke with Victor. He asks if I was told if my account were audited and I said no. He said that my account was indeed not audited and was authorized and that my payout was numbered 25 or so but that they were paying 1-13 right now. He said I would receive it today or tomorrow. Frankly, I believe nothing they tell me. I told him that I was in the 6th day of waiting, had heard "tomorrow" many times now, and that I wanted it within 30 minutes as I've been getting the runaround for days. Its a Neteller deposit and should be instantaneous.

I told him if I did not receive it I would post this slowplay here. Victor says he knows Bill Dozer well and welcomed me talking to him and posting here. When I told him I would post if I did not receive it within 30 minutes, he said I might as well post and now we're looking at tomorrow (strange how at first he was telling me today or tomorrow and now I somehow got demoted to tomorrow). Can I please get paid?

I have a firend who told me the identical thing that Holly Slowpay Dude is reporting. For people who are used to playing with sportsbook.com, the delay isn't very suprising. But for hollywood players accustomed to fast payouts and decent CS, the delay and they accompaning lies are a killer.

I also requested a payout last wedensday.. I actually recieved an email todal saying they are sending me a check via Fedex.. Which kinda sucks because I want the money in my neteller account.. Oh well.. Not to worry I've played with this network for many years, and they've never not payed me.. They are just a little slow..

Relax , its just that fedex cheques takes more time .

Probably they are low on Neteller funds with so many withdrawals .

I already received 2 successful Neteller withdrawals in 24hrs , even faster than CRIS or WWTS !

The delays have nothing to do with lack of neteller funds, or it taking longer to process checks.

The fault lies squarely with the former owners of Hollywood who don't give adamn about their customers, and made no arrangements with Sportingbet to insure players would be paid in a timely manner. Now Sportingbet has a bunch of players who they inherited requesting payouts, some of whom may have rollovers left to do. Sportingbet is clearly in no rush to get the payouts done quickly. They will take their time

I have to sort of agree. The fault isn't a 100% with them as any sale should have had a contract that involved ownership and management during the transition. This whole thing feels like previous ownership got paid and then just handed over the database and were done with it.

If that's true then it's pretty lame on Hollywood's part. Of course it's essentially up to the buyer to ensure a smooth transition of the business (and of course Sportingbet really wouldn't want this hassle) but if the old management did leave the players hanging in the air then shame on them.

Come on Dan..I put Reggie Mcneils name in there as a joke. I am actualy a white dude who runs the 40 about a second slower then the real Mcneil.

As for this being a sale the people on thephone have gone out of the way to point out this hasnt been a sale. They have told me basicaly that Hollywood was consolidating its back office operations with the bigger company. So which is it?

I believe that it was a sale to new ownership and that they new ownership is having Sporting/EFS run it. Not surprising that front line employees would "frame" it that way.

Got an email saying I'm all confirmed for tomorrow for a Neteller payout. Went on live chat to make sure I don't get a Fedex to an old address and who wants a huge check anyway.

    Keep you posted
