The amount of European bookies who you could add to the list ... a big fat zero. With some books you can be limited because you are not losing fast enough ... never mind winning!!!

Will Hill reduced my limit to 1/10th after one bet. Sorry jj, I thought you just meant reducing limits. CRIS does that but they don't boot as far as I know.
