Latest muscle pics post workout
Oh girls, here is buzzy all jacked after a hard 5x5 Madcow workout. And don't make fun of the light weight on the barbell over there. That was for Turkish getups (core exercise) and not BP, you kox!

Although I'm a fat slob, I know how much time you put into looking that way. Dedication to the max. Good job
But when your not at the gym visit the tanning saloon.
You must work out 30 hours a week.

I used various 5x5 methods through-out the year.. an honest workout, and its fun to keep seeing progress through-out the week

Working out is great...been doing it for years...you have long limbs so you need to concentrate more on your bi's and tri's to bring them up to par to rest...preacher curls and tri pushdowns as you must know...
