Default Will SBR Lead The Revolution?

So let's go Doomsday and say US players are going to have an even tougher time playing offshore in the near future.

Will SBR step up and be the revolutionary figurehead?

More options to buy stuff with SBR points, etc. ? Seems like SBR could run a pretty good racket with points with a little more expansion. I mean hell, already do run a pretty good racket under the current system. Do away with freeplays & sports cash and just flat out make Points redeemable for goods and services. The real degenerates would cash their shit in for goods and sell them on Craig's List or eBay any way.

Whaddya say? lead the way. Let's make SBR points the future of sports "entertainment."

And while you're at it, quit taking a "Feed" for lines. Pay some competent fukks like Dax more to set them. Pay some people in points to grade the wagers. Enjoy your popularity.

Yeah, I've had some wine tonight, what of it? This idea sounded good completely soberish. I will take a 1.5% payout in SBR points for any ideas used. Yeaah.

Books will always be here for US players. There will always be a way to deposit and withdraw, things might change but as long as you want to play you will be able to do so. I am not worried one bit about what's going on.

I would be better if SBR had a lobbyist in DC.

You're either with us, or against us. Choose your side wisely, grasshopper.

I ran the numbers from my database. If offshore gambling becomes impossible for people in the United States, then about 23% of consistent posters will commit suicide.

Much like posting...offshore gambling IS SERIOUS BUSINESS

VegasInsider..I like your thoughts. Just like offshore gambling, gambling in general is serious business haha

Oh man, there are several posters I hope fall into that 23% VI.

I'll survive either way. Honestly if I can't fund a book, I'll do my own thing on the side with a group of friends. I think a lot of people would be willing to do that from SBR if it comes to that. Certainly we have ways to exchange money via the Interwebs.

You're absolutely right. We'd be sending our SBR comrades outside the US paypal payments and booking our action for us.

I would say I am surprised there aren't more people who are booking shit via PayPal or some other exchange - but I'm not naive. That shit probably numbers in the hundreds of thousands of dollars that the government isn't paying attention to or could ever proove.

Yeah people would go nuts if there isn't no sportsbook. People would either move to a different country or just bet with all there friends.

Somebody needs to hurry up and "buy" a lobbyists in DC or we're all fuk'ed! If anything, SBR should be trying to find a congressman or woman who's at least favorable to online gambling and poker, so we could bombard the shit out of them with emails and petitions to get this shit on a ballot somewhere so we the people can vote on it!

i hope vegasinsiders statistics are low on the suicide part. may be he did not account for how one suicide would really be the death of 3-4 more ghosts account. like if that nba-brosuf guy took himself out than posters creazntee, twoone and strikeout would be gone to. maybe more cause i think squaredinner is another one of his invisible relatives. those posters log in every day and get there 2 points then go right to the casino so may be sbr mods allow that as long as you do not post any thing.

How about making Trivia more like Poker John? Where you can "buy in" to play some instead of waiting around twice a week? That would be ... wait for it .... LEGEN-DARY & REVOLUTIONARY!

Poker is in dire straights right now and I dont see why sports betting isnt going to be right behind it.
I guess if this is the first steps to regulation it may be worth it but I just dont see our greedy as gov't coming up with a reasonble solution.
Europe seems to have a system that works for all that is in place and running smoothly, I guess it would just be too easy and make too much sense to simply imput there system over here.
