Well, I had a small amount there ... went to check and its different to what I thought. Went to check my transaction history to see what had happened... its completely empty.
Went to email support from their website link ... came back as not deliverable.
What a disgrace.
What now? How do I get out of this mess of a sportsbook?

I have the same problem....I talked to support last night and althought he wouldn't confirm my pending bets, he maintained that all accounts would be updated in the coming days and pending bets added back to accounts....seems like a mess waiting to happen though to me. He advised me to email them at support@HollywoodSportsbook.com and the appropriate department would look into it for you.

Thanks Bill. I appreciate it but its like $80 ... Im in no hurry at all.
I cant understand the logic though. Big changes in the website, rumours, etc but dont tell the customers anything. What does an informative email cost? And the problems as above.
I mean, if they were to gain something Id understand but its just a mess at the mo. Pretty dumb way to retain custom.

Maybe I am being unfair. I have recuieved a reply to an email I sent yesterday to one of many attempted possible addresses.
Encouragingly, a mere 24 hours later I have had this spectacular development in my simple query ...
Dear XXX,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your request has been forwarded
to the relevant department. The ticket # XXXXX has been issued to track
the progress of your inquiry. As soon as we have an update, we will contact
you.
Should you have any questions or queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,
Jack
You cant say fairer. i am sure 24 hours is the fastest one could hope for because, as they say, they do have to ... erm ... forward an email to achieve this development.
So, credit where credit is due, good old Hollywood ... the Players paradise !!!

Well, there CS is beyond reproach. I have now recieved an update on my request (which is to see balance history for the past week ... a bit of a tricky one as youll appreciate).
Anyway, less than 48 hours after sending my fifth email they have (like clockwork) cracked into full steam and given me a complete and frank account (via standard response email) :

It is such a thrill to have funds there. Of course, I dont know how much but I am sure at this cracking pace I can expect a balance update within the month.

I've read a ton of stories this week about problems hollywood customers are having...if I had any money with them (which I don't), I'd cash out and let them get organized again...not a real smooth transition with the sale of the company...
