I think it is the best way to expedite the withdrawal process. If you have $20 bucks in Neteller you can spare, it's a good idea. I remember I used to use *************** with Bodog and wanted it through Neteller so they had me make a small deposit to have my Neteller verified. SIA will do this now; it's fairly common.

are we talking about depositing and/or withdrawing thru:

1.)neteller itself, transfer system ala old hollywood cashier procedure

or

2.)SBT cashier system, standardized cashier system (with pin) that all sportingbet affiliate books utilizes?

is it either/or situation?

which is better? which one is faster? which one is more effective?

more importantly, which one is FREE?
