I found this under policy guidelines at CW:

*Any ONE who violates this policy will be permanently suspended and any losses will be owed and winnings forfeited*

Anyone who supplies false account information.

I'm not a lawyer but does this mean if you steal someone's driver's license and open up an account and you win the winnings are forfeited but if you lose the money the losses are still owed? By whom, the guy that stole the driver's license or the driver's license owner?

How do they collect from a guy with a fake DL? 99% of college kids under 21 have a fake DL for drinking purposes.

Thanks compaqDikk. But you haven't answered my question. Are you releated to Sarah Palin?

The policy states that if you take a shot at them (I'm assuming by providing fake DL's) the winnings are forfeited and the losses are owed. What kind of a lawyer wrote this clause? This does not make any sense.

PS. Also note that on the wallpaper they use for their logo in the webpage on the upper left under creditwagering the word "Federal" is very prominent.
