Default If you could only use one book and it wasn't Pinnacle . . .

    who would it be?

I find this an interesting question. My number 2 book is easily Mansion - however that has a lot to do with arbs/scalps/middles. This question is really about your best straight betting book and, while Mansion is up there, they are missing some options that are important to me (like MLB alt. runlines).

For me, moneylines are all important. I need a book that offers a lot of them - and with opinionation.

So if I can only have one book and it can't be Pinny - I think I am going with The Greek.

    What about Matchbook?

Especially now that they're implementing Moneybookers (in next couple of weeks, at least they say so)!

This is agood question and I'm looking forward to reading the replies. I eeventually want to have at least 5 figures in all the major books. But Pinny aside, I've heard complaints at all of them I think.

It probably depends on the season also. For example, Bodog is considered a square book, but they have great price on baseball dogs usually better or right there with Pinny.

The problum with matchbook is for punters like me ,who place our bets in the night before,,that is not enough action in there.I do hope they grow.

Right now i have to say 5 dimes,,because of there 5c overnight lines in baseball.

Ask me this question come football,,i would have to give you another out.

I still haven't gotten around to trying them. Do they have MLB alternate runlines? I am guessing not, eh?

My answer might change at football time too because that's the one sport where I do place straight bets on pointspreads and totals - and The Greek is full juice.
