But it's clearly past that time now and I still can't get in. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I wish they would overestimate the time and then if you get in earlier great but always missing your deadlines makes it look like you are not operating effectively.

I have a pretty big balance, but is one of those things were up until now I have just not worried about it. I know it will get resolved, just not sure how long.

Yeah I'm not worried about my balance either. Just scoping out to see if there were others in the same boat. It just kills me that they leave the time the same on their website.

If it's still not working give the public an update time as to when you think it will be working. Is that so hard to do rather than field a bunch of requests from customers since you've obviously not gotten everything working correctly.

I got that email too. Interestingly, nowhere in the email do they mention being a part of the SBT group. They just say they upgraded. Are they embarrassed and don't want to mention it?

fwiw, it's working fine now, you should be able to log in with no prob

however, withdrawing your money is another matter

you get the ol' familiar SBT cashier system, however my balance available to withdraw is ZERO, even tho my current balance is 1.8k...

I have not been successful yet. Made the withdraw request through Neteller...a little over $7k. Called Hollywood...they said I will receive it on Friday.

I also had $0 available for withdraw....but I do not participate in bonus incentives and I should be free and clear.

What a poor transition. If you normally pay in 24 hours you really ought to be ready to pay a large part of your base if you are going to completely change the way you operate. I know everyone will get paid, but not the best way to start out a new operation.

I finally got in using caps instead of lowercase (it didn't matter before) On my 1st login they gave me a pin number on the screen along with the customer id in the section where the betting ticket would be located.

yes. it sucks but you'll have to make due with -105 on select days and free banking. in the end, unless you hardly withdraw any money or are an extremely large punter it works out about the same.

well the way i look at it. the difference on a $100 bet between -110 and -107 is $3. withdraw fees were what at holly? $25? average player bets to win $500 and withdraws he's really not saving a thing. in fact hes getting taken.

lay $535 to win $500 at -107, minus $25 fee, you're really laying $535 to win $475.

lay the same $535 to win $481.50 at -110 with no fees and you're doing better than -107.

like i said, it depends on the level you're playing. that's my issue with pinny as well. withdraw fees kill the reduced juice unless youre a big player which im not or never withdraw. i like fast pay books because i want my money fast, but fees ugh!

LOL, I don't think there is a player here that is going to agree that $15 payouts can be compared to -105 or eve -108. The $25 players who want their money at the end of each day can do better than 4 free payouts per month and get a bonus.
