This is a sportsbook I haven't used so I am hoping to learn something here. We had a thread last week with some photos (followed by the standard comments of the assembled horndogs) so I can start with that.

They're in Costa Rica. They have dime lines on MLB sides right up to -190. They don't have betting limits listed on the site but I spoke to a guy and he said 3 dimes on sides, 2 dimes on totals - but it could depend on the individual.

Pretty good looking bonuses. 15-20% cash depending on the size of the deposit. 3-5x rollover. Check the website for full terms and conditions.

It would be great to hear from someone who has used them.

I know they scammed some "sharps" out of deposits in the past and they had other sportsbooks operating in their office that were close to scams. That was couple years ago, and since then I haven't heard any complaints, so am thinking things have improved. For a book like this, a C rating means I would think that SBR has had very few complaints about them.

We have had positive discussions with ownership lately which were prompted by some references from well respected CR bookmakers. We felt the blacklist rating was too low. That said, they are a very small sportsbook that is relying on unique offerings to stay competitive.

I decided to be a good soldier and try out a small deposit there. Customer service is friendly.

The one negative I can see is on Neteller payouts. There are no free Neteller payouts. All payout fees are covered by clients. I asked and was told that this would be $30 per $2500 taken out. Unfortunately he didn't sound totally sure about that and it is not spelled out in the T & C's.

Other payout methods offer 1 free withdrawal every 31 days.

They also have one of these clauses in their rules:

Instant Actions Sports reserves the right to perform an "Audit of Play" prior to approving withdrawals.

Of course that can mean very different things at different books.

Initial report: I placed one bet so far and it was handled fine. This is one of these sites that times out too fast though.

I played there and can confirm that I received a Neteller payout and a ** payout. Their limits were good (1k on sides and totals). Sometimes their limits were 2k on sides; other times not.

Seems like a small outfit.

I noticed everytime a sportsbook want to be BIG or get exposed, they go belly up. Small sportsbook should stay small until they reached $500,000 (maybe). Think about this...let say 100 customers come in and make $2000 deposit (and get 15% bonus). That give a total of $230,000 and that's a lot of money. With that money, many crazy ideas come to play: 1) steal the money (closed door). 2) wait for more customer and then run off. 3) delay payout. Let the days go by and hopefully, players lose money.

i tried to withdrawl last week and they said they were funding thier neteller. i went out of town for the weekend and tried again today and they said they are still funding thier neteller account. they said i can still submit my request via **, but i dont want to. this all sounds pretty sketch to me.

Pulled the same Sh*t on me. Except, their excuse was their neteller was down, and NO PAYOUTS could be processed. After going back and forth for 3 days, I finally email SBR.

Let me add, each time I went to the neteller site and submitted a withdrawal, it was accepted on my end, and declined on IAS end. Which was total bullshit.

Then, after numerous encounters with their CS, they "DECIDE" to release on payment($2500) as an "EXCEPTION" Are you fvcking kidding me? It is my money, and now you are doing me a favor by paying me???

Do youself a favor, and avoid this sh*t book. What they were doing was stalling so Id go in and piss away my balance.

I was only going to withdrawal half, and leave half in for Foots, well, they fvcked that up by screwing with my payout.

Payout within the hour my ass......3 DAYS!

They did use the empty neteller on me too, but that was on the 3rd day. Maybe they had other payouts they had to get caught up on.

FWIW, this book looks like an avoid book at the moment. Not vs. the RISK. Go with Cascade, similar lines, and you are paid in 10 mins, tops.

Here's my experience: they had an off line on the UFC Sylvia vs. Arlovski fight and I loaded up on Sylvia. I won about $1500 from them and here is the chat I had trying to make a withdrawal.....

ok it looks like i am going to need some help from SBR with this one. they told me today i could only withdraw $1000 via neteller even though i have $2400 in my account. i wouldnt mind if the withdrawls were free, but i am not about to pay $30 multiple times because they are giving me arbitrary limits because their neteller account is "low." hopefully this will all get sorted out.

i asked for a fed ex check this morning,they told me today is a holiday in costra rica and the accounting department will review my account to see if i met the rollover (i have exceeded the rollover about 100 times) and if they approve the payout it will be done tomorrow,i think im in trouble

Skybook family does the same thing. They charge you on every increment of $2500 you take out. Reason enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I am saying that if they can't pay the max amount listed on the site, you shouldn't pay more because it comes in installments. Neteller may charge the book a % so most are not going to give 20k at the same $15 flat fee.
