It’s definitely got my vote (Thank you EBone). I hope that EBone will maybe come-up with some Trifecta and Superfecta advice too!![]()

There will be no triple crown winner this year. Sorry to bust your guys bubble.![]()
But really, I guess like all the other Kentucky Derby winner, Barbaro has a shot.

I think that Barbaro winning the Triple Crown (or any other horse for that matter) is a bit far-fetched.
I haven't begun to handicap the Preakness yet but I think other commentary about Brother Derek would seem to me to be on the mark. He had a bad post position for the Derby and still came out of it in 5th. This is the horse I'm keeping my eye on. I think my two closers that I like emmensely (Jazil and Steppenwolfer) may not fair too well in the Preakness if they run at all. Those two might be better plays for the Belmont.
If I had to make a bet right now, I'd bet Brother Derek. Like others that have posted on the forum, I think he had a quality run on Saturday.
I'm a bit worried about Barbaro after a short two week layoff. He had an 8 week layoff from the race before to the Florida Derby. He also had a 5 week layoff between the Florida Derby and the Kentucky Derby. I think that has to be a bit worrisome. And I'm really concerned about some of the commentary by Matz and the Jackson's (owners of Barbaro) about their non-gun-ho attitude about the Preakness. I think they are worried about the short turnaround time as well.
My two cents. I'm trying to read between the lines here and I could certainly be wrong on my take. Just throwing out an opinion.
