With my JNJ trade, 75,000 of the 101,000 is on margin.............which really doesnt amount to much in interest on a trade.

However, if your stock goes down, it hurts...........but it works both ways.

Yes, I'm buying on margin during the greatest financial collapse of our lives.............

Very sharp, living out of an RV means you can get to dumpsters quickly and can live next to it until it has been milked dry.

Storing dumpster finds in the RV is also a great idea.

Been my dream for awhile now to live from RV and travel. I want two gold mines to vist, one in Arizona and other in Cal. Will do Quartzite Arizona rocks show in Jan & Feb. Spend March in Sedona Arizona before moving onward to Mt Shasta California. Will spend the fall time at Murfreesboro Arkansas Diamond mines. December will be devoted to back home Michigan.

north in the summer south in the winter. race track parking lots. foxwoods casino in ct has special lot (#9) just for rv permanent residers. free shuttle bus to casino. plenty of food and bath and shower facilities. no charge for planting you rv there.

Yea, I have to agree that now is the best time in the last several decades to be buying a house in florida. I manage a somewhat small real estate investment fund in Florida and we are trying to hold everything we can get our hands on long term. We have seen double digit gains from the bottom over the last 12 months and almost no available inventory.
