My feeling is that this Topcat-backed book could be real force in the industry if they continue on their current path.

They have reduced juice (-105) and they are gradually increasing their variety of options.

They also offer the option of higher bonuses if you take full juice.

Where they are holding back is with betting limits. From the get-go, they started establishing themselves as a primarily recreational book by slapping restrictions on some higher $$$ players after a very small numbers of bets.

Not that there's anything wrong with being a recreational book. I'm just saying.

Last football season, there were a bunch of reports of limits being restricted and/or players being put on a "phone-in only" basis and/or players being told they were no longer welcome and being booted over to other books altogether.

I haven't seen one of these reports in awhile though. Maybe Trojan is getting more confident. I'd be interested if anyone has any updates on this.

The customer service is very good and all payouts have been handled flawlessly from what I have observed.

bet trogan has really came into it's own since they went postup. the one thing i didn't like was the low limits restrictions. they have been around for roughly 20 years as a credit shop, so you know they are well funded.

Bettroja withdraws are rediculous. $25-$100. But you do get 1 free NT withdraw eac month up to $2,500.

I think BetTrojan is an excellent book for recreational players like myself. You can't beat the low juice. One free Neteller withdrawl per month is all I need. Their customer service has been excellent. They have a great presence in the forums. My payouts have always been lightening fast (Neteller). The only negative I have is the lines coming up late. I can play with other books if I need a line early. I am not currently playing there but I will deffinately be back for football. I respect the fact that they have lower limits. They are being responsible. I don't want them getting in over their heads and having some sharp players bury them and then they're not able to pay. That's why they are called a recreational book.

I have the same complaint. I've been using them off and on for a couple months, lightly. But, it seems like whenever I log on to check lines, it's like there's no lines. No props, no overnights. Maybe I've just been hitting them at odd times, but it's frustrating when I've got bets to make, but there's no lines up.
