I was looking at the MAnsion web site and seen there web site have exchange bettign. Can some one explane how there exchange work? IS there more exchanges sports books?

Matchbook is another popular choice. The better exchanges are those where there is the most liquidity which generally leads to more competitive prices and lower juice.
