Feedback has been positive. They have added some new CS for the American bettors but are not up to 24/7 for US support. The latest reported news was...

We have a pending complaint where a player reported a 'bad line' was canceled after the start of the event. This is something ownership has assured us they would never do. We are awaiting their response.

10bet is really great! If they lower their juice like pointbet has then they could easily become the leader in European market! Still, I find quite often the best odds with them and I always have some money deposited there.

only thing mayne is that I have referred at least 5 of my friends to them and they promised to have a referral program set up soon but that promise happened at least 3 months ago and still no bonuses for me (((((((((

Well, if a player is willing to spend the buck for Long D he can call ++44(0)845-658-6010 . But, they don't always answer.

I think this book has a lot of potential. They have the hard part down with bookmaking, software and wagering selection. A couple US CS managers and a phone line would make them competitive with American bettors. The *************** processing would help bridge the gap as well.

Are they pure recreational book? I see they have relatively large limits. But I read about some problems with them (I think).
