I know they are rated C by SBR, but has anyone ever dealt with this sportsbook. Any info would be appreciated.

Perhaps the worst Customer Service in the business. They also ask for ID before sending you a payout. Neteller takes 48 hours on avg. They also charge 2% for Neteller deposits.

But they do have some slow moving lines sometimes that are juicy.

My friend Jenxy in England has used them for years. He calls them Bet and Whinge.

Apart from the payout issues BAUS describes, they have a reputation for voiding confirmed bets for dubious reasons.

IMHO this is a terrible book. "Bet and Whinge" is very appropriate as assuming you ever get any response from their customer service, they (and their sister outfit Betoto) impose the most incredibly small wagering limits.

Respectfully don't waste your time or money dealing with BetandWin or Betoto.

I am using them for years without any problems, and so does many friend of mine from Europe...BaW is actually my favourite bookie for european sports, live betting and Supertoto.

I just started a ** withdrawal with 200 EUR ammount, and I am pretty sure that I will receive it in 24 hours, as always, fee free.

It seems from the many negative critics, that they handle European and non-European customers differently, and they don't really like customers who bets only on singles....
If you win a bigger ammount with betting mostly on singles, they will limit your account.

As for their CS. For the most European countries (just as mine) they have an individual CS, and these are (at least mine) quite good. The "main" BaW CS is not really a top one, but still better than Betcris for example....
I miss live chat CS from BaW, I think it's a must for a bookie....If you want to deal with their CS, forget email, call them....

Yes, they ask for identification when you first want to withdraw, but this is common at major bookies.

I don't like the 2% fee (applied to Neteller, Moneybookers, CC deposits), but that fact that I can make countless number of fee free ** withdrawals, makes me to forget the 2% deposit fee....

I always got surprised when I hear all the negative critics about BaW, as I only had good experiences with them, but still, if a site gets this much critics, I guess there is something in it...most of the critics tho came from non-European customers, that makes me think that they handle them worse than Eu customers.

One thing is sure imho, your money will be safe with them....BaW is the sponsor of many main European soccer teams (AC Milan for example), national leagues (Croatian, Hungarian etc...) and national teams, and they have strong financial background....

Betandwin are probably the most disliked bookie I know. They advertise massively and get a lot of newbie's I know but they employ some seriously shady tactics when it suits them.

Their advertising is becoming increasingly annoying. Here in Europe every goddamn day i come accross those ridiculuos 'add excitement to sports' commercials on the tv, just one more reason to never use them.

I had no problems with them even they need around 2 days to process ** for me. Maybe betoto needs a day longer than betandwin (becuase I am with betoto) but 2 days to get the money in my bank is fine to me.
I just made a large bet on under 2,5 goals, around 550 Euros which I think is quite large concerning that some of the "professional" bookies here like 5dimes accept only up to 500 US% on one bet.

Anyway, I do not have anything bad to say about them and I can only recommend them if you like to play some "unimportant" soccer leagues as they offer almost anything

As already said, some bets are void, without any explanation, and if you want to claim, you have to enchange a lot of e-mails (and i mean... a lot) and for they to answer it passes at least, in the minimum, for each one, 24 hours, and if they give you reason, they give back your betted money (not the won one), and only to you, not to all bettors .
That's one of the many stories i know about these guys.
