Excellent. Congrats Bigbet and nice job Justin7. It has literally been 6 years of discussing Apex no-pays with ownership, now owners of Bet33. It seems they have learned their lesson on risk management after encouraging everyone and their math teacher to bet high limits at Apex. Bet33 is making a good investment in their brand and, if they do follow through with another 5 figure owed balance, are doing right by players. We havent had a no-pay complaint in the 4-5 years or so Bet33 has been online. We are looking forward to upgrading them and not having to say that the book is not running off of Apex player stolen funds.

Bill how high risk do you feel this book is now? I see they have a pretty interesting bonus offer. I understand obviously due to the past it has a higher risk than normal but do you feel if I were to win 2k or so I would be paid?

I spoke to Robbie a lot about risk management. He definitely gets it. What bonus offer did you see?

I won't say its all fantastic but the rollover is not too extreme and the 100% bonus may be worth taking a stab at. HOWEVER if I have zero chance of getting paid.. not worth it one bit.

Limiting it to $100, and only once... it's a tasty bonus, but he shouldn't get slammed on it due to limits.

So would you say it's worth a shot with a small deposit? or is the risk just simply too high still?

I think so. Apex is very conservative now. Basically, you had a book owner who said he didn't have $300 a month to pay. He personally told me back then that if he gave away all the money he had on hand while in debt, that he wouldn't have any way to make more money to pay all the players owed. So when assessing risk now, the question is how much could he have made (plus what he might have had) from the 5 year old startup? $2,000 is likely there. Is $200,000 for a couple of 10 teamers? How much is the brand worth to Robbie in the event that he did have it?

In his defense, even people with bad credit get a fresh start after 7 years. Maybe he is a different person. We think Apex and Bet33 are moving toward a low C rating if the last player is paid.
