im completely green when it comes to online sports betting and had close call last week when i almost got involved with betus was about to send them 4k for one particullar play, since then ive learned much, like betus may not of been the best book to start with(im being polite about that). also that with a bit of an education over my experience with them i began to take an interest in some review sites in particular this one.so i read threads and learned the basics. the whos who of sportsbooks etc etc. so i decided to send 6k to 5 books and after about 4 days i picked out my 5 books.. 2hours ago i opened 2 accounts one with pinnacle and the other with bet jamaica so 2 hours later i cant say how smooth things went with betjamaica all questions anwsered in a nice prof way a definite A for cs however pinnacle has not e-mailed me one thing in 2 hours plus they dont have a cs phone number for me to call. perhaps the few questions i asked were to hard to anwser or perhaps im not patient enough is 2 hours + standard response time? im a bit surprised as i had heard nothing but great things bout this pinnacle site..... so 2 hours later jamaica out performs pinnacle by a mile as far as cs is concerned.

Dont hold your breath with pinnacle. You probably wont ever get a reply and if you do it will only tangentially brush the question you asked. have you tried the "Large Deposit Question" maneouvre?

hhmmm then why all the glorification bout the site rated A++ everywhere i looked i saw nothing but praise for this site.maybe the i shouldnt have ever looked beyond the sponser. is the con on???

Pinnacle is the best because they offer so many different ways to bet a game
more than any other place just about. Their CS isn't the best I will admit that,
but that is the price you have to pay I guess to get great lines and more
options.

We're not jiving you about Pinnacle being the best book, but if you don't feel comfortable with them, don't use them. Stick with BetJam if you think they are that much better. Everyone is looking for something different in a book. If you want to get the absolute best CS, I agree that Pinnacle might not be the first choice. If you want good lines and betting options, then Pinnacle is absolutely the way to go. You've got to remember that the one's on here recommending Pinnacle are experienced bettors and maybe forgot what it's like to have a lot of questions and need more CS. Apologies if you feel you were mislead. BetJam is an A+ book, so you should feel good using them if you so choose.
