ANyone having trouble with this site today. It has been slow all day after the did their maintenance. I am close to pulling my funds.

Respectfully SBR, here is another book deserving of a downgrade (IMHO). I am sure there are (many) others who would agree.

site was working fine but last night it started being really slow i was getting a message even error or some shit it sucks to because they have it all but when it takes 5 minutes to view lines forget it

I think 5 dimes is a respectable book... why should you down grade if a server is slow 1 day.... Maybe, it was slow while they were making a upgrade to make your wagering the next 364 days of the year faster or better... damn, you are a lil downgrade happy there... lol

5Dimes problems with the website being sluggish and clunky have been going on for years. I don't think I would recommend them to anyone to have as their only book. They have nice stuff there but they crap out too often at crunch times (like 12:30 on NFL Sunday or 11:30 on NCAAF Saturdays.)

And, like I say, that's been the case for years.

I think I agree with the case that "A" might be too high a rating for them. Any "A" book should be okay to have as your only out IMO.

They are also terribly error-prone in grading and overly aggressive in voiding.

I havent played with them in a long while...

However, when i did i was a walk-in (post up) customer...

everything seemed fine then I liked their lines.. never had any pay issues

I hear what you guys are saying on the site performance.5Dimes has fallen behind some of the other veteran shops in the tech department. I can say that we are aware of impending upgrades and they plan to speed up the site considerably this season. We are looking for the improvements soon and expect them to be able to better handle the heavy traffic coming with the football season.

Good to hear. It's a nice book and I don't want to shoot them down. I just want them to improve in that area.

I too don't want to shoot them down but surely if they were downgraded to say B+ or B, this could always be reversed AFTER they have actually implemented their "impending upgrades".

IMHO a downgrade now would give 5Dimes an incentive to improve sooner rather than later in order to regain their "A" status, plus it would reduce the likelihood that any line they are selling SBR now regarding their "impending upgrades"...isn't just lip service.
