Full Tilt, Pokerstars, Ultimate Bet seized by gov't?

Just got a txt from my bro who's a professional online plaer..."Gov't just seized absolutepoker.com, ub.com, full tilt and poker stars. ****. Read CNBC Twitter"

    from CNBC's twitter:

"Three Largest Internet Poker Companies Charged With Fraud, Illegal Gambling - Pokerstars, Full Tilt Poker, & Absolute Poker - Charged"

    If true, then WOW.

Can anyone confirm or deny that they've actually been seized? Or just charged with fraud?

fulltiltpoker.com & pokerstars.com domain names confiscated by FBI

If you go to fulltiltpoker.com it will have an image saying the name was confiscated by the FBI. DNS propagation is still in progress so it might not show for you. But check the whois for pokerstars.com and fulltiltpoker.com and you will see both nameservers have been updated today and they are the same for both. AP and UB also. Its here folks offshore as we know it is about to be fcked!!

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Federal authorities unsealed an indictment Friday against the founders of the three largest internet poker companies operating in the U.S. The indictment charges eleven defendants, including the founders of PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, and Absolute Poker, with bank fraud, money laundering, and illegal gambling offenses, according to Federal authorities in New York. Restraining orders were issued against more than 75 bank accounts used by the poker companies and their payment processors, while five Internet domain names used by the companies to host poker games were seized, federal authorities added in a statement

    http://washingtonexaminer.com/local/...lears-congress

they want to shut them down so they can make us-based poker sites so the govt. can make money off them

    also,

Manhattan U.S. Attorney PREET BHARARA said: "As
charged, these defendants concocted an elaborate criminal fraud
scheme, alternately tricking some U.S. banks and effectively
bribing others to assure the continued flow of billions in
illegal gambling profits. Moreover, as we allege, in their zeal
to circumvent the gambling laws, the defendants also engaged in
massive money laundering and bank fraud. Foreign firms that
choose to operate in the United States are not free to flout the
laws they don’t like simply because they can’t bear to be parted
    from their profits."

"Similar to bodog getting seized while ago (changed to bodoglife)"

I do vividly remember when bodog switched their url, but had no clue what the reason behind it was...

If the bank accounts were seized doubt they'll let anyone cash out.
