Default Have you ever run table at 8-ball?

I'm talking from the break.

Of course my main purpose here is probably transparent. I did this the other day and I want to brag and post this emoticon:

I also realize there are plenty of players who do this routinely and would laugh at me for getting so excited about it. I've done it maybe 5-10 times in my life. (In my defense, in my peak years for dabbling in the spherical arts, snooker was always the game. And no, I have never come within 1000 miles of a clearance at snooker.)

Anyway, just wanted to say

"Hustler" Alert...

Look at Mudcat acting like he's done something special knowing full well he runs the table just about every time he breaks.

Mudcat says, "Oh wow! I've never done that before. You wanna play me for $100?"

I have come close, but have never done it. A few of my friends have, but that's what they do for a living.

Wow. I appreciate that response. I expected I might get some, "Bullshit, you could never run table," but I wasn't expecting to be accused of being better than I claim.

Delusions of grandeur - a delusion (common in paranoia) that you are much greater and more powerful and influential than you really are...

Quite a few times, and I'm not very good. I used to have jobs where I could play pool on the clock.

Yeah there's a guy that hangs around at the local pool hall that I've played against a few times that's like that. I need to have a nice comfortable stool nearby when I play him.
