I'm assuming this is the list of sites that some random idiot of a judge has played and lost at over the years.

If it happens there is going to be a run to the bank.

If I were everyone I might keep a close eye on this, get ready to pull money out as quickly as possible. It's funny how our government representatives have nothing better to do....

Last time I checked, the state of Kentucky does not have jurisdiction over websites located in other countries.

sounds like a great backup plan

These smaller companies like betphoenix, credit wagering etc are going to thrive from this.

How did cascade avoid this?

The bigger names on that list have exceptional legal representation there. Not withstanding, the impartiality of this court would be "questionable". At the next level my $ says it gets tossed on appeal at first read. Who knows.

Kentucky was counting on a no show from the sites and a slam dunk. They ain't gonna get it.
The wording of the complaint suggests the co.'s need to show they can block access to the state to retain control of the url's.

Cascade and others.... = registrar. For now.
Case will be watched, set a really, really bad precedent if it's successful.
