I have not had any success finding anything related to online surveys that amounted to anything worthwhile.

Get a chick you might be banging right now. Friends with benefits type a deal. Not anyone you have feelings for. You get her extremely attached to you. Presents/compliments whirlwind of time spent together. then you start the process of breaking her down. discredit her/make her have even lower self esteem than she already had. There is a science to it ( too much to write on here ). Take a few pictures. Slowly start to go out with her to pick up other guys ( tell her whatever it takes for her to do it - I find that telling them that it turns you on to see her with other guys works WELL !! ). Once she has resorted to this you let her know that if she is going to do this you mind as well get paid for it. Get yourself a Craigs list add and it's on. Repeat the process like it's shampoo.

Once you have her to the point where she is willing to do the Craigslist thing (hopefully she is an addict at this time) but you might want to introduce her to "H" or powder. So you are ready to get the add up. before you do so you need to take measures so that you can handle the calls and business you will get. First you go to Vumber . com. this service gives you unique phone #'s from your state that will automatically forward to your existing cell phone. You get your girl(s) a cell phone. you go and get business cards to be handed out on all dates. These business cards should mention massages or some other " script " so that it is less incriminating. You also get hooked into these large databases for prostitutes. here in chicago that would be " Chicago After dark " which is like a free magazine that carries adds of this sort. At V-Umber . com you get about 4 new phone #'s. You give craig's list one # / Chicago after dark one # / and business cards one #. this is so you can tell where the business comes from and charge accordingly. not all jobs are the same price. Once you get a steady stream of income you might want to find a motel to start doing incalls so that you don't always have the girls out traveling all day. people on your payroll:

This company used to send me three packs of unlabeled smokes to try out every couple months and would put $5 bucks in with the cigs... after you answered about 10 minutes of questions they would send you a check for $10... with the price of smokes these days it was pretty much a free $30 every couple months... probably not enough for most to live on though...

very good list. did #2 in highschool. i doubt i'll ever do #6. #-3 sounds good to me...except i have nothing exciting to write about except bunch of fun bar stories.
