He has never got on your website and only last week he formatted his hard drive, so I was working on practically a brand new computer. It has to be either something different at SBR or one of the locations your page bounces through to get to Australia and from what I have read by other users some countries in Europe.

I have the exact same problem. I live in Denmark.

http://www.sbrodds.com/ worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. Then I started getting the "No info available".

I tried with 2 computers @home and 1 @work. I tried clearing the cache and deleting temp internet files. Couldn't get it to load on any of the computers.

sbrodds is indispensable for me, and I'm rather here, so any help is appreciated.

There is something seriously wrong with this page as it takes forever just to load up. No wonder we aren't getting any odds when it finally loads up.

SBR finished a beta lines site late today that will hopefully address these issues. I´ll get a link posted here in the am.

I know its frustrating and I´m sorry. Be assured everything possible is being done to restore service every where in the world short of placing a server outside of costa rica. And if thats required it will be done.

We are still working on these issues. For those that are experiencing problems ONLY with SBR Odds, can you report back in this thread if the following link to an older version of the lines works for you?

For those that have reported problems with all SBR sites, can you report back with specifics ... i.e. - location, IP address (http://whatsmyip.org/), your ISP (Internet Service Provider), browser type and version, and details of the problem (pages don't load at all, pages load but slow, pages load partially, some or all SBR sites, etc.).

Rest assured that this is a top priority issue and we will continue our efforts until a solution is found.

i have got the exact same problem ( "no info available" until one book change his line)
i have tried the beta sit and it worked at the beginning for me on NCAAf and NFL but not on NBA and MLB, but less than an hour later it didn't work when i updated the page , etc.
I live in Wales ( UK, europe) ; i've tried to use an old computer from my university with internet explorer v5.5 and it works perfecly. so perhaps a problem of location, but i think with my example that it is a problem of internet access provider. i think i've not the same internet access supplier than the one of my university.

good and bad news. good news: the problem doesn't come from the internet access provider cause i've check on the laptop of one of my friend that live with me on his laptop (we share the same connection by WIFI). conclusion: the problems we are suffering come from our laptops. and that's where the shit come in because i've tried everything (deleting cookies, changing of browser,etc..) and it still doesn't work.

Can you please give us a little more detail? were those laptops running on the same OS? u tried it using the same browser in both? if you can tell us the differences between the laptops that may help to solve this problem u can PM me also with that info
